General rules:

1. It is not allowed to take items offered for free or very cheap prices on the guild chat or guild auction, with the intent of auctioning them publically for more money.
2. Leaving guildmembers behind in hostile territory or instances is simply not done. If you don't have much time, say so up front. If you are annoyed with something, deal with it, but stick with your guildies.
3. Your behaviour in parties and such reflects on the guild's reputation. As a member of the guild, you have the task to uphold our good name. Should you do anything to damage our reputation, you will receive an official warning at least.
4. Non-officers are not allowed to speak 'for' the guild, however bear in mind the above rule when you do speak.
5. If there are complaints about any of the guildmembers, or even outsiders, you are encouraged to contact one of the officers to talk about this in private. We will do all in our power to straighten things out as smoothly as possible.
6. It is mandatory to have a recent version of Ora2, Deadly Bossmods, Omen installed and running before participating in any of our raids.
    

Activity:

• If you know you won't be able to log in for 2 weeks or longer please post a message on the forum. The only exception to this are your alt characters. If you neglect to do this we will consider you inactive.

Alt characters:

• We allow alt characters in the guild of lvl 15 and more.

Recruitment:

• Every player who wishes to join Protectorate should post his application on our forum, be it public or private. If you are approved, you will be added to the guild as a Petitioner for a period of at least 4 weeks time. During this period you will be evaluated by our officers who will then decide by voting wether you will be promoted to full member or not. Remember that we are only looking for active members, this means you'll need to attend guild events.
